Recommend it for solo travelers
I had a great experience at the hotel. The breakfast was truly one of the best I've had, plenty of options that cater to every taste, and everything was top-notch quality. Plus, the staff were super friendly and even helped me with my plans for the day, providing suggestions that made all the difference. The gym was small but got the job done for a quick workout, and the room was clean and comfortable. Pretty perfect stay overall.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, worth every penny.

The Superior Double Room was quite nice—modern and spacious, with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was large, featuring a great shower. Everything felt clean and fresh, which I loved. The sound insulation worked well. I couldn't hear any outside noise. The heating was adjustable, adding to my comfort. Only thing was the glass bathroom doors—they were a bit tricky and not the most functional. Overall, really good room experience!

Spacious, clean rooms near the central railway station made traveling easy. The breakfast buffet was impressive but could benefit from clearer dietary labeling, as some gluten-free options were not marked, leading to confusion. The outdoor seating created a lovely ambiance, yet I found myself cautious about what to eat due to limited guidance from staff. Still, the staff were polite and accommodating.

missingWrote a review on May 22friendly staffclean modern hotelgreat breakfast buffetunderwhelming restaurant food
Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Wawel Castle and St Mary's Basilica, both are must-sees. The hotel was super clean and modern, and it’s just a short stroll to the main square. The breakfast buffet had tons of options, and the staff were friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun group trip.
The only downside was the hotel restaurant. I thought the food could've been better. it felt a bit generic and didn't really showcase local flavors.
